Our Year 9 Football team have qualified for a once in a lifetime opportunity to represent their country in the British Isles Cup next year. I’m sure that you will agree this is an impressive achievement and the first time the school will have been represented. They have worked really hard to get where they are and have achieved so much already.

 * Swansea League winners 2 years running

* Welsh Cup Champions 2 years running

* Swansea Sports Team of the year winners

* South Wales Police 5-a-side winners

The tournament is being held in Belfast, Ireland in May 2019 and they will be playing against England, Ireland and Scotland to hopefully become British Champions.

Whilst the team are thrilled and delighted to be in this position, they now need to raise over £6,000 to cover the cost of equipment, accommodation and travel. They have taken part in various fundraising initiatives to date: bag packing in local supermarkets, making and selling cakes, charity night and raffles to name but a few and have raised £1,200 to date but they are still a long way off reaching their target. Due to the excessive amount that still needs to be raised, parent contributions would not be able to cover this deficit, as some parents simply could not afford to pay.

We would therefore be extremely grateful, if you would consider supporting us and would appreciate any contribution you felt you were able to make. In addition if you would like to sponsor the event we would love for you to be a part of our team and honoured to wear your logo on our kit to show family, friends, spectators and the media who has supported us on our journey.

Please feel free to contact me at or 01792 234121 to discuss logo sponsorship options which start at £250.
